Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SuppAlarm ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

What SuppAlarm Does

SuppAlarm is a supplement reminder app. It schedules alarms for supplements you enter, lets you photograph your daily stack to build a streak, and helps you track cycling schedules and restock timing. SuppAlarm is a reminder tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice.

No Medical Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. SuppAlarm does not verify what supplements you take, whether they're appropriate for you, or whether they interact with anything else you take. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist about your specific supplement regimen. SuppAlarm is a reminder and organizational tool only.

Subscriptions

SuppAlarm offers the following:

• Free tier: one supplement reminder, permanently free, with the daily stack-photo streak.
• SuppAlarm Premium (auto-renewing subscription): unlimited supplement reminders, cycling schedules, and restock/cost tracking. Offered monthly or annually, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings, after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (supplement names, schedules, restock counts) and for how you use any reminders or estimates the App provides. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will fire under every possible device condition (e.g. if your device is powered off or has no battery).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including missed reminders or reliance on any information the App provides.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time, though we'll aim to give notice for anything that affects paying subscribers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
